Hey what’s up

Thanks for coming all the way to the about me page, it shows you really care. I’ll try to entertain during your stay here. I was born and raised in New Jersey, home of Springsteen and better bagels than wherever you are from. I’ve had a passion for playing pretend my whole life. And more than that I’ve felt a deep need to connect to the wide ocean of experiences in our world add my own voice to that great orchestra.

But that’s a little posh, so here’s what I’m really like.

I have a love for the great outdoors as most sane people do. Any opportunity to spend time in the sights, sounds, and smells of our natural world is one I happily take. I was even an Eagle Scout. Just don’t ask me to tie your knots I fell asleep during that class.

My love of acting was born during my elementary school’s Ellis Island Week. During which time all the little kids got to pretend they were an immigrant coming over to the new world at the turn of the century. Everyone got a different character they had to inhabit each with their own backstory and hardships to bare. This was presumably to teach us both the history of the time and empathy for those who left everything for a new life. Well it worked a little too well on me and they had to call my parents to take me home because I could not stop crying about being separated from my make believe wife and daughter. From there It was a hop, skip, and a jump to summer camp plays, high school musicals, self-serious college dramas, and finally off Broadway spectacles. I relish every opportunity I get to Act because in my estimation the chance to live another life and move others through your art is too juicy to pass up.
